Creating an inclusive and equitable candidate experience has been a key focus for the Volcanic team over the last couple of years. We believe that as a leading supplier of candidate attraction technology to the recruitment industry, it's our responsibility to lead the way in DE&I. Our progress to date has seen us embed specific design rules to create accessible online user experiences, launch an accessible design consultancy and audit service, partner with DE&I specialists, and prioritise DE&I features on our product roadmap. This work led us to being named finalists for the DE&I Solution of Year at the recent TIARA Tech Star Talent awards, and despite not winning the award, we were thrilled to see it deservingly awarded to the Diversely team.
So what is Diversely and how will it work with Volcanic?
Diversely is an automated, platform-based D&I recruitment solution that helps businesses measure and improve the diversity of their candidate pipeline. Combing this solution with Volcanic's recruitment website and digital marketing platform will give recruitment agencies much-needed visibility of D&I data, and the tools they need to remove bias from the candidate attraction and selection process.
