The shortlisted finalists' entries, including ours and Access Screening, will now be scored by an independent panel of expert judges drawn from HR, Recruitment, Compliance, Investment and Procurement to determine a winner in each award category. All judges will convene to debate and choose the overall Champion of Champions. This year’s Chair of Judges is Martin McCourt, the former Dyson CEO who is now Chairman and Non-Executive Director of companies including Tharsus, Weber, HeadBox, Lightfoot, and FreeFlow Technologies.
