  • Shaping our brand identity

    ​Thinking back to the design process, this helped our business develop other essential visual requirements that will help our growth in more ways than we expected. At the time, we needed a refined brand and the designers helped with that. What’s more they also helped outline our colours and provided a defined direction on our imagery. With these added assets, we have a consistency of look and feel, and this will only benefit our interactions with candidates and clients, and this is another reason to celebrate our relationship with Access Volcanic.

  • So much substance to our Volcanic partnership

    ​What’s reinforced the decision to work with Access Volcanic is the ongoing support I get from the team. The Customer Success and Account Management teams are so very diligent in their interactions with us – nothing is too much for them. And this is hugely reassuring. There’s also an intuitive Knowledge Portal for me to dive into to self-serve too. However, my personal preference is to speak to a member of the team and they always keep me updated on the ticket I’ve raised. The team provide timely updates to help and that has helped deepen the relationship between the two parties. This just echoes the positive experience we’ve had. From minute one of discussing our needs with the Volcanic sales team to the design process and then latterly with if I need to, the support has been really very good.

    In the short period we’ve been working with Access Volcanic, we have already seen a marked increase in candidate applications as well as seeing more jobs posted through the website because we now have the ability to upload jobs and content at times to suit us. We are in control! This is a key finding for us because regardless of who the driver is in the market – candidates or clients – we can focus on the website to attract more attention from that stakeholder. We can put more advertise more jobs and provide more advice and reference documents, generate SEO, for candidates, or write fresh content and case studies that engage hiring managers.

  • Looking to the future

    ​At Vickerstock, we are now looking to the future working seamlessly with the best recruitment staff and technology available. We have always been perm focused but we’ve recently started a temp desk which has been achieved because we have the right technology in place. The Access Volcanic platform is a superb candidate attraction tool and is proving its worth more and more each day. Also, we are building our brand and our website is now helping us attract new members of the Vickerstock team.
