Passionate about recruiting into medical device and tech sectors in Australia and APAC, DukeMed was formed by Richard Duke to build on the successes and experiences achieved previously and help more clients and candidates secure the recruitment services they demand. To help accelerate the new brand, Richard and the team at DukeMed would need to lean on the experience of several specialists, including Vishma Mistry from Mistry of Words, to assist in making an impact.

  • Leverage a proven website platform that builds a digital platform for Duke Med and ensures the business can compete in a busy sector.

  • Provide another portal for talent to apply for jobs enabling a wider strategy to engage passive candidates.

  • Share thought leadership that outlines outstanding credentials in the sector.

Fast-tracking digital uplift for DukeMed​

An off-the-shelf package from a generalist web provider and a specialist recruitment website deliverer – Volcanic – were all considered. Having considered all the options, Richard chose Volcanic, and their Go product, which like DukeMed, is a niche, specialist supplier to their respective sector. Their SaaS technology and the range of options would help propel Duke whilst also providing reassuring peace of mind integrations by marrying up analytics with Google and plugging into his choice of CRM.
