How to manage email notifications on the Volcanic platform

There are certain user journeys on the Volcanic platform that trigger an email notification, either to a candidate or yourself. 

To manage these ‘settings’, go to setting followed by ‘notification centre’. This list shows all current active email notifications being sent. 

Click on edit next to any of the active email notifications to amend the wording using any of the available tags. 

You should also go through the inactive notifications, activating any that are required, like when a candidate user registers. Click on edit next to it and amend the text accordingly.  

Once you’re happy with it, click on ‘submit’ and the notification will move to the ‘active’ list.
