Volcanic is in talks to secure investment that will lead to further research and development in our ground breaking technology and additional staff at our UK head office in support of major international growth

The move follows a successful international trade mission to China, accompanying the Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SSE). The aim of the mission is to encourage the sharing of ideas around technology and business growth, and introduce UK technology businesses to potential investors in the region.

The funding will support further R&D in Volcanic's best in class recruitment technology. We have taken our place as the UK’s largest provider of recruitment and staffing websites and job boards. Today, we drive 15 percent of all UK agency recruitment applications.

Think global

Small organisations looking to grow need to think globally. There are huge opportunities for overseas investment, especially in our post-Brexit climate, as the UK government is looking to establish stronger trading links with Asia.

We have seen significant expansion over the last two years to service an international client base, and our rapid growth trajectory is continuing. We have operations in Spain, Malaysia and Australia and have established a robust presence in Asia-Pacific.

Our Asia growth has opened up new opportunity across the market, where we have been able to leverage international trade opportunities to grow our domestic business.
